1. Nature of Payments
The Website allows users to make voluntary donations (“Feeds”) in support of its activities.
Donations are not purchases and do not entitle donors to any product, service, or guaranteed benefit.
2. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations are final and non-refundable. 3. Use of Funds
Donations may be used at the discretion of the Operator to support the running, development, and communication of the project. No specific outcome or reward is guaranteed.
4. Liability
The Website and services are provided “as is.”
Neither The Anti-Startup Startup Company Ltd (UK) nor the Operator (FR) shall be held liable for a donor’s expectations of return, profit, or benefit.
5. Eligibility
You must be (i) at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and (ii) legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
We may block, refuse, or reverse any donation to comply with sanctions, anti-money-laundering (AML), or counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) laws.
6. Promotions, Giveaways, Contests
From time to time, we may run optional promotions (e.g., giveaways). Those promotions are separate from milestones and will be governed by Official Rules posted at the time.
Where required by law, no purchase is necessary to enter; void where prohibited; eligibility, prize details, selection, and tax obligations will be stated in the Official Rules. If Official Rules conflict with these Terms, the Official Rules control for that promotion.
7. Payments & Third-Party Services
Processors. Donations (“Feeds”) are processed by independent third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, and cryptocurrency processors (each a “Processor”). We do not receive or store your card or banking details.Fees & Net Receipts. Processors charge fees; displayed amounts may represent gross or net after fees. Exchange rates and network fees (for crypto) may apply.Cancellations / Chargebacks. Refunds and disputes are handled under the applicable Processor’s policies (see our Refund Policy). We may contest chargebacks and may restrict future use after abusive disputes.AML/CTF & KYC. We may refuse, block, or request additional information for any Feed to comply with AML, CTF, or sanctions laws.Taxes. Donors are responsible for any taxes associated with their donations. Feeds are not tax-deductible charitable donations.Crypto. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Always verify addresses and amounts. Contributions may require several network confirmations before being reflected on progress bars. We do not provide wallet custody services; responsibility for private keys remains solely with the donor.
8. Prohibited Uses
You will not, and will not permit others to:
(a) use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or harmful purposes;
(b) interfere with security, integrity, or availability;
(c) use bots/scrapers to disrupt or fabricate progress;
(d) submit malware or harmful code;
(e) attempt to bypass payment flows or manipulate progress displays.
9. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks
The Website, including text, graphics, logos, code, and designs, is owned by The Anti-Startup Startup Company Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Any references are for descriptive or parody purposes and do not imply endorsement. If you believe content infringes your rights, notify us at the contact details below with sufficient information to locate and assess the material.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) survive termination.
16) Governing Law; Venue; Consumers
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by French law (as the billing entity is established in France). Courts located in Bordeaux, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers located in the EEA/UK may benefit from mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence where applicable.
